Roof leak repair & coating

A brown patch on the ceiling is the last thing you see, not the first thing that went wrong. We trace roof leaks to the real entry point and seal them for good.

What we do

Find the entry, not just the stain

Water travels along battens and rafters before it drips, so the leak is rarely above the mark on your ceiling. We inspect the roof properly — ridges, valleys, flashings and cracked tiles — and fix the actual source.

We replace broken tiles and rusted flashing, renew failing gutters and downpipes, and apply protective roof coating that reflects heat and extends the life of the whole roof.

Can you fix a leak while it’s still raining?

We can carry out temporary protection to stop water ingress, then return for a permanent repair once the roof is dry and safe to work on.

Is roof coating worth it?

On a sound roof, yes — it seals fine cracks, reflects heat to keep the house cooler, and adds years before major work is needed.

Do you work on double-storey homes?

Yes. Our crews are equipped and insured for two-storey and light commercial roof access.

Ceiling stain spreading?

Send a photo of the mark and the roof. We’ll tell you what’s likely behind it.
