These terms govern the quotes, services and work provided by Riverhub Plumbing & Roofing Sdn Bhd. By engaging us you agree to them. Nothing here removes rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
1. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and, where relevant, an on-site inspection. If conditions differ from what was described or visible — for example concealed damage found once work begins — we will pause and agree any change with you before proceeding.
2. Scheduling
We agree work dates in good faith. Weather, parts availability and emergencies can occasionally cause delay. We will keep you informed and reschedule promptly where needed.
3. Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Where mains water or power must be isolated to work safely, we will coordinate this with you in advance.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. For larger projects a deposit may be required before materials are ordered. Invoices are due within the period shown on the invoice.
5. Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated for each service. Waterproofing systems carry warranties of up to five years depending on the specification. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, or events beyond our control.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to putting right defective workmanship covered by warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can. Costs already incurred on your behalf — such as ordered materials — may be chargeable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
